  • Domestic Shipping (Qatar): Ready-to-wear items are delivered within 3-4 working days, while made-to-measure items take up to 2 weeks, or up to 4 weeks during high-demand seasons. You will be notified via call and WhatsApp once your order is ready for delivery. Orders within Qatar are delivered by a courier service.
  • International Shipping: For deliveries outside Qatar, we use trusted shipment companies to ensure safe delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on your location, with an average of 7-14 days for international orders.
  • Order Pickup: Customers in Qatar can also choose to pick up their order from our main office in Doha. Please contact our customer service at +97450969911 to schedule a pickup time.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and WhatsApp to keep you updated on its journey.
